Carlotta Fite

In addition to her many years of management experience in other industries such as health care and third party administration, Carlotta has over eight years of experience as an executive sponsor, account manager and resource manager for local and state government data projects. Carlotta has a technical background and an executive management acumen that allows her to effectively steer complex, multi-year I.T. projects.

Carlotta is a hands-on, analytical leader who dives into details and drives quality focused processes. She is a Texan, who stands behind her word and delivers on her promises on each and every project.

Daniel Fite

With over 20 years of public data services management and delivery experience, Daniel is one of the most experienced data analysts in the public industry. He has over 30 years of experience in I.T. and has authored and delivered Data Services webinars and seminars at the Wisconsin Employee’s Trust Fund (ETF), the Texas Teacher’s Retirement System (TRS) and the California State Teacher’s Retirement System (CalSTRS).

To date, Daniel has assisted nearly a dozen state and local level systems, leading data teams as large as 26 members.

KM/ECM Consultant

Greg Kinne

Greg, a Certified Knowledge Management (KM) consultant, is a public imaging systems (FileNet, Onbase, Documentum, Kofax, etc) expert with over 42 years of I.T. experience and 15 years of public retirement experience. Greg designed and executed a massive image migration solution that successfully cleansed and migrated over 26,000,000 million member and beneficiary-related images from IBM CM system to a new IBM FileNet P8 system.

Mark Hoag

Mark Hoag is a methodical and energetic data analyst with a deep financial data analysis background, advanced SQL coding skills and over 10 years of data analysis and ETL design and development experience. As a data management expert, Mark leads small and large teams of developers, quality assurance analysts and business analysts to deliver high quality data profiling, data migration and data reconciliation services for both small and very large organizations.
